Intel's €1B Antitrust Appeal May Test Standard Of Proof

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Intel Corp. will get its chance to convince a European Union court to toss its record-breaking €1.1 billion ($1.4 billion) antitrust fine in a four-day hearing starting Tuesday and may test the standard of proof in abuse of dominance cases in the process.
