Spectra's $1.2B NJ-NY Gas Pipeline Gets Go-Ahead

Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- A federal agency on Friday greenlighted partial construction of Spectra Energy Corp.'s $1.2 billion natural gas pipeline from northern New Jersey to Manhattan, over the objections of groups that claim the project never should have been certified in the first place.
