Environmental Group Spared Sanctions In Disney CWA Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (June 29, 2012, 4:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday refused to sanction an environmental group for making false statements and fabricating documents in its Clean Water Act lawsuit against the Walt Disney Co., but said the group may be penalized in the future for the misconduct, which has likely undermined its suit.
