Texas Industrial Park Partner Claims He's Being Forced Out

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The majority owner of a massive Houston industrial park on Friday filed suit in Texas state court alleging that after generating tens of millions of dollars from the development, he was being forced out as manager by minority owners, in violation of the parties' partnership agreement.
