New USPTO Offices Will Help Polish Up Patents, Attys Say

Law360, New York (July 2, 2012, 8:32 PM EDT) -- Monday's announcement that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office will open satellite offices in Silicon Valley, Denver and Dallas was greeted with enthusiasm by attorneys, who said the move should improve the quality of patent examinations and make the process more convenient for applicants.
