SAIC Loses Protest Over $33M Lockheed Navy Contract

Law360, Los Angeles (July 3, 2012, 4:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has shot down Science Applications International Corp.’s objections to the U.S. Navy’s choice of Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems Inc. for a $33 million information technology services and systems support contract, a decision redacted and released Friday said.
