AWP Counsel Asks Court To Kick Haviland Law Firm

Law360 (September 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Class counsel in the multidistrict litigation over price-fixing of average wholesale drugs on Thursday attacked the Haviland Law Firm, contending that the court should find it unfit to serve as co-lead counsel.

The motion, filed by the co-lead counsel group of Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, Spector Roseman & Kodroff P.C., Wexler Toriseva Wallace LLP and Hoffman & Edelson LLC, is the latest in a series of attempts to get Donald Haviland kicked off the co-lead counsel list.
