Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 12:54 PM EDT) -- Actress Jessica Alba has resolved a suit alleging the maker of a compression wrap designed to help women lose weight after pregnancy used her name to market the product without permission, according to a Monday filing in California federal court.

Alba and defendant The Caden Cos. Inc. filed a stipulation of dismissal to end the complaint, which was filed in state court in October and removed to federal court in December. Alba claimed the company violated her publicity rights by touting her as a celebrity endorser...
