Judge Reins In Long Suspensions For Contractor Affiliates

Law360, New York (July 3, 2012, 8:30 PM EDT) -- In lifting the suspensions of two U.S.-based contractors with ties to an indicted Kuwaiti food contractor, an Alabama federal judge has limited the government's ability to issue lengthy suspensions for contractors simply based on their affiliation.
