Judge Grants Motion To Compel In NuBra Patent Suit

Law360, New York (September 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas court has ordered a group of defendants including Gap Inc., Nordstrom Inc. and The Neiman Marcus Group Inc. to turn over sales documents and communications in a patent suit over a nipple-obscuring prosthesis that can substitute for a brassiere under sheer or thin clothing, granting the plaintiff's motion to compel and denying the defendants' bid for a protective order.
