Wells Fargo Sales Staff Wins Conditional Cert. In OT Suit

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge granted conditional class certification Thursday to Wells Fargo NA business sales officers who allege the bank wrongly denied them overtime pay by classifying them as exempt sale representatives.

U.S. District Judge James C. Mahan approved former Wells Fargo employee Eric Gilbert’s proposal to notify and invite more than 100 business sales officers to join the suit.
