Farmers Seek Revival Of Monsanto Seed Patent Challenge

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 5:56 PM EDT) -- Groups representing hundreds of thousands of farmers asked the Federal Circuit on Thursday to overturn a lower court's decision that threw out their suit seeking to block potential patent litigation by Monsanto Co. should the company's patented seeds stray onto their land.
