Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 1:38 PM EDT) -- Safeway Inc. was hit with a proposed class action in California state court on Thursday by an employee who says the grocery store chain's managers went after him with trumped-up accusations in retaliation for his cooperation in a previous wage class action against the company.
