Texas Cruise Ship Co. Ordered To Pay Employee’s Hospital Bill

Law360, New York (July 6, 2012, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday upheld a jury verdict requiring a gambling boat company to pay the hospital bills of an employee who ended up in a permanent coma, based on an oral agreement the company made with the hospital.
