Liquor Co. To Pay $3.5M For Sales Reps' Unpaid Expenses

Law360, New York (July 9, 2012, 2:04 PM EDT) -- Alcohol distributor Southern Wine & Spirits of America Inc. will pay $3.5 million to more than 800 traveling salespeople who claimed the company didn't properly reimburse them for gasoline and cellphone bills, according to a proposed settlement filed Friday in California federal court.
