Broadcasters Seek Stay Of FCC Political Ad Reporting Rule

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 7:26 PM EDT) -- The National Association of Broadcasters on Tuesday sought from the D.C. Circuit an emergency stay of a Federal Communications Commission rule forcing broadcasters to report political advertising data online, saying the FCC engaged in arbitrary and capricious decision-making.
