Brain Research Labs Cuts Deal In Class Suit Over Memory Pill

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 7:57 PM EDT) -- Brain Research Labs LLC sought final settlement approval Wednesday in a consumer class action claiming it deceptively marketed a memory-boosting pill, agreeing to provide up to $500,000 in cash reimbursements or savings vouchers potentially worth more than $8.3 million.
