Union Asks NY Regulators To Halt Con Edison Lockout

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 1:16 PM EDT) -- The union locked out by Consolidated Edison Co. of New York Inc. in a dispute over pension benefits asked state regulators Wednesday to terminate the current impasse, claiming the utility is jeopardizing its 3.3 million customers by fielding an inferior work force.
