ITC Staff Sides With Motorola On IPhone, IPad Import Ban

Law360, New York (July 11, 2012, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission's investigative staff on Monday backed Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc.'s bid for a ban on imports of Apple Inc.'s iPhone and iPad, saying that exclusion orders should be available for standard-essential patents.
