Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 3:08 PM EDT) -- A weight-loss guru who was fined $37.6 million for making misleading statements about a dieting strategy in order to sell books has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case, arguing the penalty exceeds any unjust enrichment he may have received.
