Judge Says Pemex Win Won't Stand Without New Hearing

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 7:55 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday said he likely will ignore an order from an allegedly biased Mexican court giving state oil company Petroleos Mexicanos a $355 million contract suit win over KBR Inc. unless KBR can get a new hearing.
