Lockheed Looks To Hold Nuke Lab Contract Despite Boeing Exit

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. said Friday that it intends to win a follow-on contract to manage the Sandia nuclear laboratory in New Mexico — work that netted the contractor $27 million last year — after The Boeing Co. announced that it would drop out of an upcoming contract competition.
