UBS Execs' Bid-Rigging Charges Aren't Time-Barred: Judge

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 8:46 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday denied a move to dismiss part of an indictment in a criminal case against three former UBS AG executives over alleged fraud schemes and bid-rigging related to contracts in the municipal bond market, finding the charges are not time-barred.
