Punitive Damages Nixed In Accutane Suicide Case

Law360 (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted a bid by Hoffman-La Roche Inc. for partial summary judgment on punitive damages in a case brought by a mother who claims the company’s acne drug Accutane caused her son's suicide.
