Law360, New York (September 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Wednesday denied a bid by Time Warner Cable Inc. to revisit a jury's decision in favor of a service technician who claimed he was terminated because his severe eczema prevented him from working overtime, ruling the grounds on which Time Warner sought to have the jury verdict set aside were meritless.
