Houston Tower Owner Says Noteholder Trying To Swipe Building

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The owner of a Houston office tower on Friday told a Texas federal judge that the holder of a $32 million note secured against the property is inventing reasons to force the building into the hands of a receiver in order to seize the valuable asset.
