Baker & McKenzie Brings On DOJ International Trade Pro

Law360, New York (July 16, 2012, 2:24 PM EDT) -- Baker & McKenzie LLP has snagged Jonathan C. Poling from the counterespionage section of the U.S. Department of Justice's National Security Division to join the firm's trade compliance practice as a partner in its Washington office, it said Monday.

At the DOJ, Poling prosecuted numerous counterproliferation, export control and trade-related cases involving violations of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Arms Export Control Act, and several money laundering and fraud statutes.
