Daiichi Sankyo Sales Reps Drop OT Suit Citing GSK Ruling

Law360, Los Angeles (July 16, 2012, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A nationwide class of pharmaceutical sales reps ended their Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit against Daiichi Sankyo Inc. on Monday, saying the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Christopher v. SmithKline Beecham Corp. eviscerated their federal overtime claims against the drugmaker.
