DOD Parts Supplier Escapes FCA Suit From 'Absent' Relator

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday threw out a False Claims Act suit against a U.S. Department of Defense vehicle parts supplier accused of passing off Chinese-manufactured end products as American-made, ruling that the plaintiff has not made any effort to move the case forward.
