Glaser Weil Attys Escape Claims Over Failed RE Deal

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 3:15 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday affirmed a Utah federal court's decision to grant three Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP attorneys summary judgment in a suit claiming they intentionally interfered with a $30 million real estate deal.

The attorneys made escrow demands on a Deer Valley ski resort property on behalf of real estate developer Covenant Group that ultimately derailed plaintiff KT Group LLC's efforts to buy the land, which was later found to be part of a $125 million Ponzi scheme....
