Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 5:43 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in California dismissed two U.K. record companies Monday from a copyright and trademark suit brought by funk legend George Clinton, and said the online availability of allegedly infringing albums to California purchasers didn't create personal jurisdiction.
