Judge Won't Recuse Self From First American Overpricing Suit

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 5:59 PM EDT) -- A Maine federal judge refused Monday to recuse himself from a class action alleging First American Title Insurance Co. overcharged for title insurance policies on refinanced mortgages, saying he would remain impartial despite being a member of the class of homeowners.
