Builders Ask 5th Circ. To Rethink Ruling Dooming Coverage

Law360, New York (July 17, 2012, 10:38 PM EDT) -- Construction industry groups have urged the Fifth Circuit to reconsider its ruling for Amerisure Insurance Co. in a coverage fight stemming from allegedly defective tennis courts, stressing that the decision has opened up a gaping hole in coverage for builders across the country.
