Cuomo Bans Contracts With Cos. Investing In Iranian Energy

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 5:40 PM EDT) -- Companies investing in Iran's energy sector now cannot contract with New York state or local public authorities, the State University of New York, and the City University of New York, according to new restrictions Gov. Andrew Cuomo imposed Tuesday.
