Bloomberg, Dow Jones, Gannett Again Targeted Over Mobile IP

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 12:39 PM EDT) -- Patent holder Boadin Technology LLC on Tuesday continued its crusade to protect its intellectual property rights, filing new lawsuits against Bloomberg LP, Dow Jones & Co. Inc. and Gannett Co. Inc. for allegedly infringing Boadin's wireless content delivery patents.

In a trio of suits filed in Delaware federal court, Boadin accused the publishers of co-opting a pair of patents used to ferry content to mobile devices —  just the company's latest infringement allegations in a litigation campaign that has so far targeted The New York Times...
