Greenpeace Fights To Lift Ban On Shell Drilling Protests

Law360, New York (July 18, 2012, 6:43 PM EDT) -- Greenpeace Inc. urged the Ninth Circuit on Monday to overturn an injunction blocking activists from barricading or occupying Shell Offshore Inc. drilling ships bound for the Arctic until months after the oil giant kicks off exploratory drilling, saying the ban wasn't based on legitimate evidence.
