Broker, Tishman File Cross Appeals In $15M Contract Suit

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 7:16 PM EDT) -- New York real estate broker Peter Friedman and Tishman Speyer Properties LP filed cross appeals this week, both seeking to overturn a state court ruling declining to award summary judgment to either party in a $15 million breach of contract suit because of ambiguious language in a downtown Manhattan office lease.
