San Fran Panel Delays Vote On $2.5B CPMC Hospital Project

Law360, New York (July 31, 2012, 9:58 PM EDT) -- A San Francisco panel on Tuesday once again delayed voting on an environmental impact report on California Pacific Medical Center's controversial $2.5 billion hospital development plans, after CPMC agreed to enter mediation with the city.
