Fed. Circ. Won't Lift Block On Samsung Galaxy Tablet Sales

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 8:12 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday again shot down an attempt by Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to hold off a block on sales of its Galaxy Tab 10.1 during its appellate fight with Apple Inc., saying such an action is usually justified by a probability of the suit's success.
