Law360, Wilmington (July 20, 2012, 3:25 PM EDT) -- The lone union representing Patriot Coal Corp.’s employees asked a New York federal judge on Thursday to transfer the coal producer’s bankruptcy case to West Virginia, citing the company’s tenuous links to the Empire State and the convenience of stakeholders.
