Congressman's Atty Blasts Grand Jury Probe Reports

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 7:46 PM EDT) -- An attorney for Rep. Michael Grimm, R-N.Y., on Friday ripped the latest round of news reports about an investigation into the congressman's campaign fundraising, saying leaks about a grand jury's possible involvement are illegal.

The New York Daily News and reported that Grimm's campaign staffers had been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury in Brooklyn, N.Y.
