Afghan Co. Can't Dodge Suit Over Control Of Security Unit

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 9:10 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Friday refused to dismiss security services provider Pax Mondial Ltd.'s suit alleging Afghan Resources Group's breach of a purchase agreement has hurt Pax Mondial's credibility in the government contracts business, denying the Afghan company's motion for summary judgment.
