Mercedes Owners Say E-Class Leaks Gas

Law360, Chicago (July 23, 2012, 1:37 PM EDT) -- Three consumers have hit Daimler AG and its Mercedes-Benz USA LLC unit with a putative class action in Georgia alleging certain E-Class Mercedes-Benz vehicles have a defect that causes gasoline leaks, creating risks of health issues and explosions, according to a complaint released Friday.
