Judge Skims Claims Off Dreyer's False Advertising Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 3:37 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Friday trimmed some product liability claims from a proposed class action alleging Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Inc. falsely labels its ice cream products as all natural, saying product descriptions do not constitute warranties against a product defect.
