Valve Co. Fights Utility's New Claims In 3rd Circ. Defect Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A top North American valve manufacturer urged the Third Circuit on Friday not to revive a suit alleging property damage from faulty high-pressure natural gas line valves by allowing South Jersey Gas Co. to tack on consumer fraud claims.
