LCD Makers Cite ATM Case In Bid To Nix Price-Fixing Claims

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 7:21 PM EDT) -- A group of liquid crystal display makers on Friday cited a recent Ninth Circuit ATM fee antitrust ruling in an attempt to nix price-fixing claims launched by Target Corp., AT&T Corp. and others, arguing that the decision bars the plaintiffs from bringing federal claims based on finished product purchases.
