Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 2:06 PM EDT) -- Wolfe's Borough Coffee Inc. urged the Second Circuit on Friday to affirm its win in a trademark dilution fight with Starbucks Corp. over Wolfe's "Charbucks" coffee blend, arguing that the companies' marks are only minimally similar and that survey evidence Starbucks offered was "fatally flawed."
