OneBeacon Again Escapes NextG Suit Over Wildfire Probe

Law360, New York (July 23, 2012, 5:32 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday tossed for the second time NextG Networks Inc.'s lawsuit against OneBeacon America Insurance Co. over costs stemming from a state investigation into NextG's maintenance of utility poles that fell and sparked a nearly 4,000-acre fire in 2007.
