Chicago Hospitals Delaying Antitrust Suit, Patients Say

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Patients of Chicago's NorthShore University HealthSystem's four hospitals on Monday accused the facilities of submitting a specious expert report in an attempt to improperly delay class certification in the patients' antitrust suit accusing the hospitals of conspiring to overcharge patients after a 2000 merger.
