Trustee Objects To Hawker Beechcraft's Exec Bonus Plan

Law360, New York (July 24, 2012, 6:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. bankruptcy trustee objected Monday to bankrupt aircraft maker Hawker Beechcraft Inc.'s plan to pay more than $5 million in bonuses to its top management, saying the executives wouldn't be doing enough to deserve the money.

Earlier this month, Hawker Beechcraft had said it needed to offer incentives to the eight-member senior leadership team to see it through its reorganization.
